In commemoration of the destruction of HIROSHIMA and NAGASAKI in August 1945  

At the invitation of the NGO COMMITTEE ON PEACE, Vienna, in cooperation with the United Nations Office Vienna, an event which
concluded with the ringing of the PEACE BELL was attended by about 100 representatives of NGOs and Peace Ambassadors,

for the Commprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organisation,
